How are cycles and Accessories Sent

All are items are sent 1st Class royal Mail or Via Fed Ex Couriers which will be Insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Orders are normally Sent on the day of order is placed before 11am or sent the following day. Please remember we do not send items for delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Delivery charges for Orders under the value of £50.00 will start from £2.50 (see note below). Delivery charges for items over and equal the value of £50.00 will be free (see note below).

Note: Delivery charges quoted are for UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ONLY. Additional charges may be made for delivery requests to other locations. Couriers place an extra charge when delivering certain size items to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and some post code's in Scotland these are classed as Zone 3, 4 and 5.

Buyers will be notified of any extra Delivery charges prior to delivery and given the option to proceed or cancel the sale.

If in the unlikely event we do not have something in stock or the order is delayed we will contact you via email or the phone number provided.

How is the Bike Delivered

Our Bikes will be delivered as boxed from the manufacturer. They will require some assembly as they are 75% built, Cycle maintenance is essential if you plan to put the bike together yourself. To be fully covered by the Manufacturer's warranty, the bike must be built by a Cycle retailer.

We can send your bike fully built as a optional extra. Please call us for details.

Pre Orders

If for any reason your order is not in stock it will be placed to a Pre Order. We will call you with the next availability date and we will also offer a full refund should this not be acceptable.
