Beware of the dangers of saving a few penny’s this Xmas with your mail order cycles. We have all seen these deals on our TV’s £99 Full Suspension bikes, £70 for Adults bikes or buy one get one FREE??? … Sounds attractive? Yes - If you are a fully qualified bike mechanic with resources to replace any broken parts or buckled wheels etc. If not you could always have your bike built out of the box by a bike shop for the cost off around £35 upwards hence making your cycle not so much of a super deal.

The main concern with this investigation is that these cheap bikes are poorly made and not fit for home assembly. OnYerBike however builds adults bikes and BMX Bikes out off the manufacturers box the bike is then serviced, tested and cleaned before being put into a 6ft long box enabling all parts apart from pedals to remain on the bike while we ship it mail order to the end user. When you receive the bike you know it just needs pedals fitting which is a 2 minute job!
